Maryland Police Supply carries uniforms and different patches and insignia for different ranks and institutions as well as shoes. Drug testing equipment, metal detectors, police tape, evidence lockers, belts and holsters can all be found in one place, with many different styles to choose from. Pepper spray, batons, and other crowd control items are also available, but not necessarily to the general public.

Maryland Police Supply offers a wide of products that are only available to police officers. Hand-cuffs and certain types of pepper spray are not available to the public because of safety issues. By allowing hand-cuffs to be purchased by the public, quickly master keys and new methods for picking locks would be devised rendering hand-cuffs ineffective. Pepper sprays are caustic and damaging enough to subdue even the largest bears, and should only be used by professionals in emergency situations.
